What materials are your products made from?

We source a variety of stone types in order to make our products. Lumistone © technology allows us to illuminate any kind of natural stone. Our current product line utilizes marble, onyx, amethyst, agate, and crystal. All lamps are illuminated using LED’s which can be replaced in the unlikely event that there is an issue with the lighting. The lamp bases are acrylic.

Are the lamps battery operated?

Our floor lamps are corded and must be plugged into a socket in order to illuminate. Table lamps are cordless and do not plug into an outlet, allowing you complete creative freedom to place your lamp anywhere in your space. Table lamps contain a 3.7v 5000mah rechargeable battery with a USB-C port for convenient charging.

Do lamps have multiple lighting settings?

Yes! Floor lamps use a warm yellow and cool white lighting option with a remote control included that allows you to change or blend the color and intensity of the light. Table lamps have three distinct illumination settings: a warm yellow, cool white, and a mix of the two. Simply tap the sensor at the base of the lamp to swap lighting patterns.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All of our products come with a 30 day return window and a 3 year product warranty. This warranty covers any defections with the lighting or electrical components. If repair is not feasible, a replacement product will be provided. Replacement lighting panels under warranty can be shipped at no cost, or you may choose to ship us the lamp to be serviced. Customer will cover shipping cost to send for service and will be shipped back at no cost. Warranty does not cover wear and tear or damage to the stone. Instructions for care are included in packaging to ensure your piece lasts a lifetime.

Are your products made to order?

Everything listed on our website is ready to ship! Orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days. If a product shows as unavailable, you can choose to be notified when it’s back in stock. We currently offer shipping anywhere in the US. For international inquiries, please reach out to us directly.
